ACEH SINGKIL - Aceh Singkil Police together with the TNI and other stakeholders held routine activities to check official vehicles in order to increase preparedness to face the threat of forest and land fires (Karhutla) in their area.
This routine activity is important in ensuring that all vehicles are in good condition and ready to be used in any emergency situations such as forest and land fires.
Checks were carried out on various aspects of the vehicle starting from the condition of the engine, brakes, lights, to the completeness of the vehicle documents, carried out at the Aceh Singkil Police Headquarters yard on Wednesday, July 24 2024.
This activity was attended by personnel from the National Police, TNI and other stakeholders and official vehicles used in daily operations were also present.
"This activity will be carried out routinely as part of efforts to improve service quality and operational readiness," said Aceh Singkil Police Chief, AKBP Suprohatiyanto, S.I.K. in his press statement.
He stated that checking official vehicles is very important so that the operational activities of the police and other related stakeholders can run smoothly, efficiently and provide the best service to the community.
On the same occasion, Dandim 0109 Aceh Singkil Lieutenant Colonel Inf Moh Mulyono added that this activity was one way to prepare the readiness of TNI-Polri personnel and related stakeholders in providing maximum service and security.
"With this routine check, it is hoped that all official vehicles will always be in optimal condition and ready to be used in various situations, especially in handling security and public order disturbances and forest and land fires," he said.
This routine check is a commitment from the Aceh Singkil Police, TNI and other stakeholders to provide the best service and protection to the community, especially in welcoming the dry season and efforts to prevent forest and land fires in the Aceh Singkil region. (Jamal)
